- In consideration of all our guests we have a quiet time from 10pm to 8am
Terms & Conditions for Reservations
NOTE: Innkeepers reserve the right to cancel any reservation that doesn’t follow Terms & Conditions
Arrival: Check-in time is between 2pm and 6pm. Check-in after 6pm is discouraged, but may be possible by prior arrangement and only if arrival is before 10pm. If your pre-arranged arrival time changes, you must call to request a change. We do not accept any check-ins after 10pm. Late arrivals after 10pm are considered to be cancellations and stay will be refused.
Departure: Check-out by 11am.
Reservations / Deposits: Rooms may be reserved with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A deposit of 50% of the total stay (9% lodging tax included) will be charged to the credit card provided. The remaining 50% of stay will be collected in full at check-in.
Changes or Cancellations: Each guest’s reservation is important to us; we understand that vacations are hard to plan in advance and we know sometimes “life happens” and itineraries and/or travel plans need to be changed, adjusted or canceled. We will try to be accommodating of each situation and will respect the need for changes; however we are a small family owned business and have cancellations policies which we fairly hold each guest accountable for.
NOTE: All cancellations and changes are subject to a $30 non refundable processing fee.
Changes in reservations received MORE than 2 weeks prior to arrival: Changes that are received more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will happily be adjusted without penalties or processing fees.
EXAMPLE: change in reservation dates for future reservation dates (subject to availability), number of guests, type of room (subject to availability), number of days reserved, etc.
Changes in reservations received LESS than 2 weeks prior to arrival: Change notifications that are received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to a $30 non refundable processing fee.
NOTE: changes made to reservations less than 14 days prior to arrival during Holidays or Special Events are subject to the full extent of our cancellation policy.
Cancellations received MORE than 2 weeks prior to arrival:
Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to ensure the refund of your deposit minus a $30 non refundable processing fee.
Cancellations received LESS than 2 weeks prior to arrival:
For cancellation notices received within the 14 days of arrival date are subject to either;
- the deposit (50% of total stay) non refunded
- the nightly rate (lodging with tax included) being charged to the credit card provided for the deposit for each day that the canceled room is not re-booked.
There are NO refunds for EARLY departures
