Reservations / Deposits
Rooms may be reserved with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and
American Express. A deposit that is the greater of one night's rate or
50 % of the total stay
(9 % lodging tax
included) will be charged to the credit card provided.
Cancellations / Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee. Cancellation
notices must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled
arrival date to ensure return of the deposit (less $10 processing
fee). For cancellation notices received within 14 days of arrival
date, the nightly rate (lodging tax included) will be charged for each
day that the cancelled room is not re-booked. There are no refunds for
early departures. Holiday and special event periods as well as groups
taking two or more rooms require a 30 days notice.
