Valley View Room
Perfect for couples on a budget or a single traveler, this cheerful multicolored southwestern style room contains a queen bed with an end sitting bench. Located on the upper level, its south facing window highlights commanding views of the towering red cliffs of the Moab Rim that frame the Spanish Valley. Its private, lockable, full bathroom is conveniently located one step across the hallway.

Sunset Room
This cozy queen room is considered our “couples suite”. Located on the upper level this room presents a calm, navy blue southwestern style décor. Perfect for our late night sunset adventurers and star gazers, showcasing 2 west facing widows with dark curtains, this is ideal for those couples who like to sleep in. Adding to its romantic appeal the in suite bathroom features a one person jetted tub, rain shower head, and double sink vanity with track lighting.

Red Rocks Room
Comfortably secluded on the main level neighboring our common room, this quiet spacious room restfully features a king size bed, cozy love seat, and a huge west facing window. This large bay window offers views of romantic brilliant sunsets over our landscaped gardens and lily pond. While you lay back you can enjoy the views of impressive red cliffs of the Moab Rim towering over the Spanish Valley. The full in suite private bathroom presents a more modern styled marble bowl top vanity.

Sunrise Room
This brightly colored spacious room offers 2 queen beds and comfy sitting area with small table and chairs. Located on the upper level this southwestern style room features three large east & south facing windows that open up to stunning views of the white-tipped La Sal Mountains towering over Red Rock formations. A full walk in closet and in suite private bathroom with double sink vanity compliments the comfort of this room.

Friends & Family Suite
Our most spacious option for families or two couples traveling together is our Suite.
It offers a private living room area where you can relax, unwind and gather with your fellow travelers, while maintaining privacy with two separate individual queen rooms.
The living room offers a comfortable futon couch, round table and chairs. Located on the ground level, this living space opens directly to the landscaped backyard gardens and decking areas; highlighting stunning views of the white-tipped La Sal Mountains towering over Red Rock formations.
This Suite provides one private full lockable bathroom located adjacent to the living room area.
Maximum 4 adults or 5 people with children (futon is only used for children)
